RMS-ENT-SMA / RMS Software Maintenance Agreement is a renewable service plan for RMS Enterprise that provides organizations with a simple program to keep their RMS software current and provide continued access to AMX Technical Support resources. Available in one year increments, the Software Maintenance Agreement includes upgrades, updates and top-tier Technical Support.
The first three years of RMS-ENT-SMA are included in the pricing for RMS-ENT (FG3004-K). RMS Enterprise customers will be notified prior to the conclusion of their initial three-year term so that they may elect to purchase RMS-ENT-SMA. - Technical Support – With RMS-ENT-SMA, end users have direct access to AMX's first-class technical support team to answer their RMS questions
- Software Updates and Upgrades - Enhanced, improved and/or modified versions that replace the existing version of RMS plus minor software releases, usability and performance enhancements
- Software Release Notifications - Receive notices when new software is available for download from AMX
